A workout tracker for the program you already run

Log sets, reps and load against the program you already follow. Bring your Hevy or Strong history and see which lifts are moving and which have stalled.

Keep the program you already run

Laroa is for people who already have a program. Bring it in from a spreadsheet, or snap a photo or screenshot of it, and check every row before it goes live. Then use Train to see your sessions and log the work you actually did.

Log sets, reps and weight as you train, and go back to workout history when you want to compare sessions. The log just records what happened. It doesn’t promise every session will feel better than the last.

A missed set or a session cut short needs a note. It doesn’t need a new program.

How to compare two sessions fairly

Compare the same exercise under similar conditions. Add a note when the equipment, exercise order or your technique changes. 60 kg on one machine isn’t automatically the same lift as 60 kg on another.

Say you squat 60 kg for 8, 8 and 7 reps, then 8, 8 and 8 in a later session. That’s a real difference, and worth looking at within your own program. It doesn’t guarantee any particular strength gain.

Review before you change anything

Laroa puts your training data next to the rest of your goal. If it proposes a change, you see the reasoning and the scope before you approve it. The plan stays yours.

Gaps in your log limit what any review can tell you. Logging the same few fields every time beats filling holes with guesses.

Keep your plan. See the evidence.

Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
