See whether your plan is working
Your lift trends, weight trend and recovery in one weekly view, so you can tell real progress from a noisy week before you change anything.
Start with the goal you picked
Progress puts your goal next to the records behind it: strength and body-weight history, recovery data and the record of past changes to your plan. It doesn’t turn each day into a score.
Recovery and body data can come straight from Oura, Whoop and Withings, or through Apple Health and Health Connect. Laroa uses one source per metric, so a night your ring and your phone both recorded isn’t counted twice.
The real question is whether your current plan needs attention. Sometimes there’s enough evidence to leave it alone. Sometimes the answer is that you need more consistent records first.
Spot a pattern, then check the detail
Look across comparable sessions and open the history underneath. Did the change come from your training, a swapped exercise or a gap in your logging?
For example, two sessions show fewer reps. But one was on different equipment and the other ended early. Keep that in view before you decide your program is failing.
You approve the next step
Bigger changes come as proposals with the evidence attached, and you review them before anything applies. You can undo any change you applied. Laroa measures what happened after each one, so you can see its track record.
Laroa won’t take over your program or invent a daily reason to change it.
Your records describe what happened. They can’t guarantee an outcome or prove a cause. Missing, stale or conflicting data should lower confidence. It shouldn’t create certainty.
Keep your plan. See the evidence.
Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
