Your training, food and recovery apps, read together

Import Hevy, Strong and Cronometer history, and connect Oura, Whoop, Withings, Strava and Apple Health. Laroa reads them side by side.

Start from the history you already have

Import workouts from Hevy or Strong, and food, weigh-ins and body fat from Cronometer. Laroa matches your exercises to its own library, skips days you’ve already logged, and shows you what your history says before anything else happens. One step undoes the whole import.

Your training plan comes in the same way. Upload a spreadsheet, or snap a photo or screenshot of a printed or written program. Laroa reads it into rows you can edit and flags anything it wasn’t sure about. Nothing goes live until you’ve checked it.

Sleep, recovery and body measurements

Oura and Whoop connect directly for sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate and blood oxygen. Withings connects for weight, body fat and muscle mass. Apple Health and Health Connect bring in whatever your phone and watch already record.

When two sources measure the same thing, Laroa picks one. A direct connection beats the copy on your phone, so nights aren’t counted twice and different HRV methods never end up in the same baseline.

Runs, rides and heart rate next to your lifting

Runs, rides and other sessions from Strava, Apple Health or Health Connect show up beside your logged training, with heart rate and pace. Strength sessions line up set by set, so you can see what your heart rate did on each set.

A connected app adds evidence. It doesn’t hand down a verdict. Recovery data only changes a decision when it’s consistent over several days and there’s enough history to know your usual range.

Keep your plan. See the evidence.

Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
