Track progressive overload on every lift
A progressive overload app that compares your sets, reps and load with earlier sessions, so you can see which lifts are moving and which have stalled.

What progressive overload tracking needs
Progressive overload means doing a bit more over time. To see it, you need the exercise, the load and the reps you completed for every working set, logged in the same place each time.
Laroa keeps those sets in order and in workout history, so you can compare a lift with its earlier sessions instead of trusting memory.
Compare like with like
A heavier bar isn’t always progress. A different machine, another range of motion or a shortened session can change what the numbers mean, so add a note when something changes.
Read reps alongside load. Two more reps at the same weight is a real step forward.
Spot a stall before you change anything
One rough session isn’t a stall. Look across several comparable sessions, and check your log for gaps before you blame the plan.
Laroa puts the lift next to your food, weight and recovery for the same weeks, and says so when there isn’t enough data to tell.
When to add weight
Your program’s own progression rule comes first. If it has none, the guide on when to increase weight explains double progression: reps first, then a small step up in load.
Keep your plan. See the evidence.
Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
