Log food next to the training it fuels
Track calories and protein alongside your lifts, or bring your Cronometer history, and see what you eat next to your weight trend, week by week.
Log food where you log training
Food is where you log meals and look back over the day next to your training. Search for a food, type it in, or check a photo estimate before you save it.
An entry is only as good as its details. Check the portion and the food it picked. The first estimate isn’t a measurement.
Barcode, search and Cronometer entries also carry ten vitamins and minerals, shown next to EU reference intakes. Foods without that data count as unknown, so a low total might be missing data rather than a missing nutrient.
Photo estimates are estimates
A photo can’t weigh a serving or see every ingredient. Check the items and portions, fix what you know, and leave the uncertain parts marked as uncertain.
Take a rice bowl with rice, beans and a dressing. Log the parts separately if you know them. If you’re guessing at the dressing, treat the total as an estimate, and don’t lean on it to explain your progress.
Reading food, training and weight together
Laroa shows your food log, training and body-weight history side by side. A missing meal is missing information. It’s no proof you ate less. And a drop in performance doesn’t mean food caused it.
Laroa is a tracking tool. This page doesn’t set individual nutrition targets or replace professional advice. Any proposed change is yours to review.
Keep your plan. See the evidence.
Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
