Track the workout program you already follow

Import your workout plan from a spreadsheet, photo or screenshot, check every row, then track it session by session. Your program stays yours.

Free. No card. Bring your Hevy, Strong or Cronometer history.

Import your workout plan, don’t rebuild it

Bring in the program you already run. Upload a spreadsheet, or snap a photo or screenshot of a printed or written plan. Laroa reads it into rows you can edit and flags anything it wasn’t sure about.

Nothing goes live until you’ve checked it. Your own plan, your coach’s plan or a template all work the same way.

Track it session by session

Train shows the sessions your program calls for. Log sets, reps and weight as you go, and add a note when the equipment or exercise order changes.

Because the log follows your program, you can open workout history and compare today with the last time you did the same session.

See which lifts are moving

Laroa sets your sessions next to your food, weight and recovery, so you can tell which lifts are moving and which have stalled, and whether anything around them changed.

If it proposes a change to your plan, you see the reasoning and the scope first. You can undo any change you applied.

Laroa doesn’t write you a new program

Laroa isn’t an AI plan generator. It reads the plan you follow and only suggests changing it when your records support the change. Most weeks the answer is to keep going.

If you work with a coach, they can send programs and session changes that wait for you to accept or decline.

Keep your plan. See the evidence.

Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
