An adaptive workout app that waits for the evidence

An adaptive workout and nutrition app that checks your plan every week and proposes one change only when your logs support it. You approve; you can undo.

Free. No card. Bring your Hevy, Strong or Cronometer history.

What adaptive means here

Laroa adapts your plan to your results, not to a schedule. Every week it reads your lifts, food, weight and sleep against your goal and gives one of two answers: keep going, or here is one change and why.

Most weeks the honest answer is to keep going. Changing a plan that’s working is its own mistake.

One change, with the reason

When it does propose something, you see the reasoning, the records behind it and exactly what would change. Nothing applies until you approve it, and you can undo it afterwards.

Laroa then measures what happened after each change, so you can see its track record.

Every suggestion traces to evidence

Each rule Laroa applies, from protein ranges to how fast to lose fat, traces to a position stand, guideline or meta-analysis in its public evidence base, with a grade for how strong that evidence is.

What it won’t do

Laroa won’t rewrite your program on its own, invent a daily reason to tweak it or give you a black-box score. When your records are too thin to tell, it says so instead of guessing.

Keep your plan. See the evidence.

Laroa reads your lifts, food, weight and recovery against one goal, and tells you if your plan is working and what, if anything, to change.
