Your coach sees what you share. You still decide.

Invite your coach into Laroa, choose exactly what they can see, and review every program, session change or food target they suggest before it applies.

You choose what your coach sees

Your coach sends you an invite link. You pick what they can read. Training, food, recovery, body measurements, photos and Strava activities are separate permissions, and Strava is never on by default. You can change or remove access whenever you like.

Letting your coach suggest changes is another separate permission. Without it, they can review your data and message you, but they can’t propose anything.

Coach suggestions arrive as proposals

Your coach can send a whole program, a change to one session, or new food targets. Each one shows up on Today with their note. You review it, accept it in your own editor, or keep your plan, and your coach hears which you picked.

Coaches can also set weekly check-in questions, which you answer next to the week your records describe. They can keep private notes, and message you in the same place.

Laroa and your coach stick to one plan

Your coach can pause or narrow what Laroa itself proposes for training or food, so you don’t get two sets of advice pulling against each other. You can see every limit they set, and how to lift it.

On the coach side, the roster shows each client’s goal and the evidence behind it. A weekly review flags who needs attention using fixed rules a coach can read, rather than a black-box score. Coaches can read more on the Laroa for coaches page.
